Please Pray for Puerto Rico... September 26 2017

For everyone reading this, please stay in prayer. For one, the Holy Spirit keeps saying "earthquake" and has been saying to "rebuke natural disasters", and then we need to pray for Puerto Rico. Please donate to the Red Cross - even if it's only a few dollars, as a lot of people have already given to Texas and Florida, but every bit counts and Puerto Rico is running out of food and water. For all churches that can send help to Puerto Rico, please do so now as they need resources right away.

-Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will repay him for his deed. Proverbs 19:17
-Remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive. Acts 20:35b
-If there be among you a poor man of one of thy brethren within any of thy gates in thy land which the Lord thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not harden thine heart, nor shut thine hand from thy poor brother: But thou shalt open thine hand wide unto him, and shalt surely lend him sufficient for his need, in that which he wanteth. Deuteronomy 15:7-8

We pray for Puerto Rico...

Father God in the name of Jesus, we pray for Puerto Rico. We ask humbly for your mercy on this island. With over 3 million people still without food, water, electricity, A/C, and cell phones, we are praying they get the help they need from all the missions, churches, and anyone that can provide assistance. Please let the Red Cross and other agencies help right away.

We pray for a swift move from you, Father God because there are so many in 90-degree heat with no food, no water, barely any shelter, and no aide, but you said in your Word to David, "All we have to do is ask." We are asking because you supply all our needs and Your Word says, "You won't let our foot slip" and "I've never seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread." So many are ignoring their pleas, but we know we have an advocate in you and you are no respecter of persons.

Your Word says to ask, seek, and knock. Jesus said to believe we have it and it shall be ours, so we stand in the gap for Puerto Rico and ask for your mercy. Please send help now and let the musicians, celebrities, politicians, and anyone that can help intervene now. The President won't arrive until next Tuesday and a relief boat won't arrive for another week, but we know more relief aid is coming. The people of Puerto Rico are covered by Jesus and we know they will have the help they need right now and we praise you for the victory, in Jesus's name, amen!
