Trump to Stay on Michigan Ballot, According to State’s Top Court

Michigan's Supreme Court kept a ruling letting President Trump stay on their Republican primary ballot for 2024, while Colorado’s high court stated last week that he’s ineligible to serve.

Michigan justices in a one-paragraph order Wednesday said they were “not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.” 

With multiple lawsuits citing Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, stating that a person “engaged in insurrection” is ineligible to hold office, the President posted in social media that efforts to block him from the ballot were “a pathetic gambit to right the election. The Michigan Supreme Court has strongly and rightfully denied the Desperate Democrat attempt to take the leading Candidate in the 2024 Presidential Election, me, off the ballot in the Great State of Michigan.“

With lawsuits in Minnesota, Virginia, and Oregon, trying to keep Trump’s name off the GOP ballots and general election ballot, Minnesota dismissed the effort in regard to their presidential primary. 

Michigan's ruling comes after Colorado issued its decision on Dec. 19 blocking President Trump from their state’s GOP primary ballot, a move that sent shockwaves around the nation as other states are now positioning themselves to block Biden on their ballots.

Pushback is coming from Aaron Bernstine in Pennsylvania, Cory McGarr in Arizona, and Charlice Byrd in Georgia who released a joint statement announcing plans to remove Biden from general election ballots in their states.

Citing that Biden should get the same treatment, the three Republican lawmakers said in a press release, "Today, we are joining forces to introduce legislation to REMOVE Joe Biden from the ballot in Georgia, Arizona, and Pennsylvania."

"The absurdity of radical Democrat judges removing Donald Trump from the ballot in Colorado will be a stain on the American political system for decades. By their very own interpretation of the law, Joe Biden is 100% not eligible to run for political office. Democrats' insane justification to remove Trump can just as easily be applied to Joe Biden for his 'insurrection' at the southern border and his alleged corrupt family business dealings with China."

Joe Biden is 100% NOT Eligible

Biden has been criticized for the massive illegal migrant influx through the U.S.-Mexico border. Republicans believe tougher immigration policies to secure the border and curb undocumented immigrants and criminals would help, finishing the wall would also prevent the floods of aliens coming across the border. 

Biden has been accused of being involved in and benefiting from Hunter Biden's foreign business deals. The White House has repeatedly denied his involvement despite proof which some say includes money trails, bank accounts, payments to Joe Biden, Hunter's laptop, pictures, and eye witnesses.

The Republican lawmakers concluded: "Colorado radicals just changed the game and we are not going to sit quietly while they destroy our Republic. To be clear, our objective is to showcase the absurdity of Colorado's decision and allow ALL candidates to be on the ballot in all states. To do that, we must fight back as Republicans against the communists currently running our great country."

Passing legislation to remove Biden from 2024's ballot is a long shot, with odds worse in PA, with only a slim Democratic majority.

Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick (R) suggested that Biden should be removed from Texas' ballot due to his policies on immigration. 

“Seeing what happened in Colorado tonight … makes me think — except we believe in democracy in Texas — maybe we should take Joe Biden off the ballot in Texas for allowing 8 million people to cross the border since he's been president, disrupting our state far more than anything anyone else has done in recent history,” said Patrick in an interview for Fox News.

Governor Greg Abbott (R-Texas) signed a law targeting illegal immigration to substantiate their stand against federal immigration policies.

Patrick’s comments reflect the growing tension between state and federal authorities regarding immigration and election integrity.

This development looks significant given Biden’s remarks about the 2024 election and Trump’s candidacy as the Colorado decision has national ramifications.

What's prolific is aside from the number 64, as in 64 laws Biden enacted once in office, the opposite of 64 is 46, i.e., the 46th president, so let's refer to verses 1 and 2. David calls on God's mercy to "Hide me from the secret counsel of the wicked; from the insurrection of the workers of iniquity." But it's verse 8 that's the kicker and a reminder for God's people to not walk away. "So they shall make their own tongue to fall upon themselves: all that see them shall flee away."

With 8 representing new beginnings, we should really get excited about what's ahead. Look at it this way: 12/31/23 is 123, 123. or 123 doubled or 2, and it's that second verse that describes the actions of the wicked but perhaps THEY don't understand why 123 is so significant and maybe that's why God is saying that "They will be in a bad mood."

123 is Matthew 1:23 which states "Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall call His name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God is with us." And indeed He is, as God said on Christmas day through Diana Blackburn Larkin that He is giving us back our nation that was stolen from us but it will come back stronger, purer, and freer.
