The Holy Spirit Said to Pray for Every Police Officer...

9/26: First, Father God said He wants us to pray for every police officer. But, before I start I want to share what happened here. We kept hearing to "Pray for every police officer" yesterday and for a few days. And, the Holy Spirit said through my mom, "They're being targeted. These people feel as though the police are just pointing them out and going after people". She said they also don't like happened in Kentucky. We pray about this as it's not police officers but demons trying to cause strife and the spirit of offense. Let's come back to that so I can tell you what happened yesterday.

Yesterday I heard a few times throughout the day, "Pray for every police officer". I prayed and later when I turned on the news, I saw where a man shot at officers here in New York. Fortunately, praise God, none of the officers were hurt. It serves as a reminder that we have to pray for these brave men and women. We also pray to rebuke demons AWAY from the police department as there are indeed demons - some KKK - who want to harm innocent people. A demon's goal? To cause the spirit of offense and get people to retaliate in the flesh with hate, fear, retaliation, anger and bitterness. Why? If people take on the spirit of offense and don't forgive, God won't answer their prayers. If people are offended, they can't hear from God. And, they miss out on blessings. So, please be mindful of this and ONLY have peaceful demonstrations. There are demons that can come into families, churches and workplace environments. Their goal is to divide because satan's armies are growing. Father God said this in His recent message. However, WE as the Body of Christ also have to unite and be on one accord walking in love, peace, healing and forgiveness ONLY. It's when we recognize satan's tactics that we can strategically pray against this type of warfare.
"Father God in Jesus's name, Lord, we give You all the glory, honor and praise. We lift up every officer to You. Please cover each and every officer, their K-9 units, horses, vehicles and precincts in the name and blood of Jesus Christ. We cancel the devil's assignment in their lives in Jesus's name and by God's authority. We pray please bless, keep and cover each and every officer. Keep them out of harm's way and give them better terrorist training equipment and military-grade body armor to keep them safe. We also pray, give them respect in their communities so they can do their jobs in Jesus's name, we pray, Amen."
We pray for all officers. They are covered in the name and blood of Jesus Christ. For ALL our officers and their family members, please know we are praying for you. And, God's got you! Keep speaking over yourselves and saying "I plead the blood of Jesus and I am covered in the name and blood of Jesus Christ." And, read Psalm 91. Verse 10 especially. God will NOT fail you. Hallelujah!
9/25: Father God said, "Pray for every police officer" and earlier "Pray for the police officers". He also said to "Pray for Philadelphia". Father God said, "I believe in miracles" He also said something to the effect of "I want you to believe in God's miracle working power". Then wait for a sign/miracle from Him. He keeps saying it will feel like "Santa Claus" what He does. And, here's why this matters.
My neighbor started making all this noise once, really being hostile and I had to catch myself so I didn't react OR overreact. Remember, satan comes to rob/steal, kill and destroy. After recognizing that the attack was intentional and a set up, I walked away and prayed. I said, "Lord God, I give THAT hot mess to You, Father." No, actually I said, "Lord God, I give this situation over to You. Change his heart, Lord, while there's still time. I'm not walking into an attack or taking on the spirit of offense. I walk in love, healing and forgiveness only and I will let YOU handle it because You said YOU would bless them that bless me and curse them that curse me. I give you all the glory as I have the victory in Jesus' name, Amen". After praying, I felt the Holy Spirit's comforting presence.
As I write this I'm hearing again, "Pray for every police officer". We pray for peace and we pray for covering for all our officers. Remember, God is just. He doesn't want people retaliating against ANYONE. God wants us to call on HIM because HE defends us in battle, not man. Jesus said, "Come unto ME... and I will give you rest." God also said, "If my people, which are called by My name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land," 2 Chronicles 7:14. So many are walking in offenses and have walked AWAY FROM God, their FIRST LOVE. But God is calling them back. Hence, we have to repent and pray to get BACK in alignment with Father God and get the train back on the track...

7/22: We keep all our police officers in prayer. As we were preparing a new prayer card for law enforcement, we added extra scriptures they can stand on (see the back of the card). We want our officers to KNOW they can rest confidently in God and Jesus and that while they've got our six (backs), God's got theirs, too!

6/22: The Holy Spirit continues to say a few times a day to "Pray for all police officers". We lift them up in prayer and ask for God's covering over every police officer in Jesus's name and by God's authority.

6/2 18 times. We did a check on the number of times the Holy Spirit said to pray for police officers in the past two months and we counted 18 times (although I think it was probably more). As I posted this the Holy Spirit said, "Now you see why I said to pray for every officer". What's curious about 18 is that Genesis 18 represents God's promise to Abraham that his generations would be a great nation. This is significant because 2020 is the end of 400 years of slavery and it might possibly be that the "shift" and "great shaking like an earthquake" that God has been referring to is freeing His people from bondage and fear. But, here's where we need to tread carefully.

You see, the devil wants people to come against the police. Just like the devil wants people saying something about the President or your neighbor or that relative that gets under your skin. That's the spirit of offense and a person's prayers CANNOT be answered or heard by God if there's any offense (Mark 11:22-26). Yes, there are some racist and/or violent officers but it's not the person per se but the devil working through them.

A demon can come through someone because there's an area of sin in their life that's exposed. It could be childhood abuse, pain or trauma or other things that lead to anger, bitterness, resentment and hate in their adult life. What people need to see is the devil is trying to block the promise coming to God's people by causing the spirit of offense. That's why Jesus ONLY walked in love and kept saying the devil "had nothing" on Him. We have to INTENTIONALLY rebuke false pride, rebuke the spirit of offense and rebuke sin, hatred, bitterness and retaliation. Like Paul said, "I buffet my flesh daily" meaning we have to rebuke our flesh and keep it in check. Hence, we shouldn't come against the police because some are violent and racist. Pray for the violent and racist officers to change AND FORGIVE THEM.

We pray for racist officers and violent officers. We pray that their hearts change. We HAVE to pray this because we don't want to judge. The Bible teaches us that IF we judge we will be judged. That's why we should forgive and walk in love, healing and forgiveness ONLY.  And, here's where our churches can get more involved.

Our pastors need to have dialogs with their communities to educate people on how the devil works and all the deceptive games he plays. We pray for peaceful demonstrations and we pray for all police officers. We pray that black men and other minorities and all people for that matter are respected. We also pray that people are respectful to law enforcement. We pray a new dialog is established within our communities. And, we pray that these churches start anointing all our police officers in the name of Jesus Christ.

As a side note, I was out yesterday and think I saw a total of 7 different police officers. God bless them! I reminded them that we were praying for them and that we were praying they get more equipment, better benefits and more vacation time - and one of the officers said, "Yeah!". When I saw them, the Holy Spirit had me say to them, "The devil can't touch you". And, praise God, we keep all our officers in prayer. Lastly, remember, don't live in fear of these end times. We're truly in a battle of good versus evil but Jesus ALREADY overcame the world. Please keep all police officers in prayer and keep reading your Bibles!

5/30: The Holy Spirit said, "Tell them they don't have to be afraid when they see what God does". He also said, "Please keep respecting those in authority". We're to walk in love like Jesus and think love, healing and forgiveness ONLY. It doesn't matter what this person did or that one. It's interesting how the devil is trying to cause the spirit of offense RIGHT BEFORE PENTECOST. But God is greater and God is not unaware of the games the devil or his demons play. (Because satan's time is almost up and Jesus is coming back soon - glory to God!). Hence, it's important to rebuke the personalities of those who offend so the spirit of offense doesn't cling to you. If it does, then God can't and won't hear your prayers. The spirit of offense is designed to cause bitterness, anger, the need to retaliate and fight back. It's straight from the devil and what he wants. The devil is waiting for people to use their flesh - and cross that line into the flesh - because if they say or do ANYTHING "in the flesh" then God won't and can't step in and help. Be very careful and walk away as this is a strategic attack. Be INTENTIONAL and stay in the Spirit ESPECIALLY as we go into Pentecost. Forgive and walk in love, healing and forgiveness ONLY. Pray, "Lord, let no sin rule over me". Don't let offenses cling to you. Don't say slanderous words out of your mouth or give the stink eye! We are to love our neighbors and forgive - or we're guilty of sin and judging and won't be forgiven. Read Galatians 5 and 6 VERY IMPORTANT.

If you haven't read it yet, see our Pentecost message. What's amazing is we posted it 2 years ago and it describes the times we're in now, i.e., the "shaking" we're going through, praying for black men, praying for the police, etc. Our special message Make Me a Priority will be out shortly and it includes an important word from the Holy Spirit. We'll try to get it up by tomorrow for Pentecost! Remember, God is an ever-present help in times of trouble. And, Jesus is on the mainline...Tell Him what you want. Keep reading your Bibles!

5/14: Praying for all police officers. In NYC, a special report on Pix-11 News highlighted that the police commissioner, Chief Monahan requested 500,000 face masks for officers. He was told by the health commissioner, Dr. Oxiris Barbot that he would only get 50,000 and they exchanged harsh words. She said "I don't give two rats' --- about your cops. I need them for others". The Holy Spirit keeps stressing to pray for every police officer. With 5,500 officers diagnosed in NYC with coronavirus and 41 deaths, we lift every officer up to Father God in Jesus's name and ask for God's mercy.

5/5: Please keep all officers in prayer. We rebuke the devil in the name of Jesus Christ and by God's authority. The Holy Spirit keeps saying "Pray for all police officers" so we've been praying. Today, I turned on a video clip from ABC News with The View which I don't watch. The ladies were saying that officers are being yelled at, spit on and these are by people not wearing face masks. They were showing how Sean Hannity was saying that the officers are in danger because people are violently protesting - some with full ammunition and shotguns. We pray God's mercy and covering over every police officer in the name of Jesus Christ and by God's authority. This is the clip below. Please pray for every police officer.

4/25/20: We're leaving up our "Pray for all police officers" message as the Holy Spirit keeps bringing this up every few days. Please keep all officers in prayer. There have been so many that were sick from the coronavirus and several that have died. We pray for all police officers and we pray the churches anoint each and every officer in the name of Jesus Christ. If you are an officer, please know that we are praying for you and your family every day. Please stay encouraged and say Psalm 91 each day. We pray for your covering and safety in Jesus's name and by God's authority!

3/23/20: I came across a disturbing news story. It described how an investigation started because a hate group was targeting Jews and police officers. I knew it was confirmation about what the Holy Spirit said as He KEEPS saying to "pray for every police officer". We also pray for all Jewish people, their families and the safety of their communities and Israel.

Regarding the officers, Father God has been saying to pray for police officers daily so we know there's a lot going on behind the scenes that we don't see where they need protection, help, covering and favor. As an example, when God told me to pray for Puerto Rico and He stressed it multiple times a day but it wasn't until weeks later that it came to light how the money wasn't going to the people and they were starving and still living in homes that hadn't been repaired after Hurricane Maria. However, this news story was equally alarming.

The article stated that the hate group was suggesting people expose coronavirus to the police. I'd never heard of anything so cruel and intentional. Again, it's a reminder of how demonic satan and his followers are in hate groups. It's also a reminder to please ask our churches to anoint every police officer in the name of Jesus Christ.

We've been praying that our officers all receive the spiritual covering they need, the mental clarity and the physical equipment they need. We also pray they receive the masks, gloves and gowns they need to keep them from being exposed to the coronavirus. We pray this for every officer in the name and blood of Jesus Christ.

Please consider donating to police foundations, police support groups and to police charities so they have the equipment and programs they need. These men and women are facing dangers seen and unseen, known and unknown. We ask for God's mercy, covering, favor and grace over each and every one of them.

The Holy Spirit said to "pray for every police officer" the other day and this isn't the first time He's asked us to pray for the police department. We ask you to please obey and lift up every police officer in prayer. These brave men and women come under fire every day and while you and I might not realize it, they're battling the mentally challenged and walking into scary situations where demons are present who mean to harm them. Officers are walking up to doors to serve warrants and being shot at. They're being shot execution-style in their vehicles and they're caught unprotected in deadly situations. There are also officers that are facing people high on all kinds of drugs who will suddenly attack them.

Harden Not Your Hearts: Don't Walk Away...

In this season, as Father God calls us to pray for all law enforcement, it's important that we obey. We've posted on social media several times and asked if you would have an altar call at your church or ask your pastor to contact your local police stations to invite the officers in for prayer.

While I understand that there are some areas of the country where police brutality and violent incidents are prevalent among the police, don't let the devil working through a few people stop you from obeying God. Yes, there might be racists people in law enforcement but that's another reason to pray for all officers.

  • Pray for those who are racists that God changes their hearts.
  • Pray for all police officers, both men and women, who walk into dangerous situations daily to keep us safe.
  • Pray for those who are giving up and committing suicide that more interventions are set up for these officers and mental health services become available for them.
  • Pray that more armor and bullet proof vehicles, vests and uniforms are given to these officers so they can protect themselves.
  • Pray that our communities embrace the police more and support them.
  • Pray that our churches open their doors and anoint all police officers in Jesus's name and pray for them. (Or, do we only pray for who we want to?)

These are brave men and women who put their lives on the line for us and they need prayer and anointing. They're not just coming up against criminals but they're coming up against the demonic. And, they need our prayers.

The Courage Prayer

A few years ago we posted the Courage: The Police Officers Prayer and I realized, while it's a good prayer, there's a special prayer they need right now. The officers pray that prayer as they start their shifts and go throughout their day. However, as the Body of Christ, we need to pray over these officers for their covering as intercessors and to ask for God's anointing to protect, cover and keep each and everyone. So, we're asking that you share the following prayer over every officer that you know and come across:

"Father God in the name of Jesus, Lord, we give You all the glory, honor and praise. Lord, Your name is a strong tower and we know the righteous run into it and they are saved. Lord, we are asking for your help over each and every officer. We ask for you to increase their assignment. Give them wisdom, discernment and favor, Lord. Help them expose corruption and complete their assignments. Give these officers your grace, mercy, favor and covering wherever they go. Give them courage and not fear in the face of the enemy/devil because we know it is written, "Touch not mine anointed nor do my prophets harm." It is also written, "No harm shall come near your dwelling place and no evil shall befall you." We plead the blood of Jesus over each and every officer, Lord. And, for those that need it, Lord, change their hearts, Father God. Teach them love and compassion through You toward their fellow man. Please guard each and every officer and surround them with a hedge of protection. Send warring angels and Michael the archangel to help defend them when they're facing the enemy, Lord. For we know it is written we will "not fear the  arrow that flies by day nor the terror by night." Lord, we also pray special covering and divine favor for every police officer. Give them Your promises, promotion and favor, Lord. Help open doors when and where they need it. Give them more income, access to the tools and equipment they need and more benefits and mental health services, Lord. We also ask for more respect for all our police officers, Father God. Bring under conviction those that don't treat them fairly or come against them, Father. Please, help these brave men and women to be able to do their jobs and keep them out of harm's way. We know they are on the line of fire daily. Again, please increase their discernment and wisdom so they don't fall prey to sudden attacks or distractions. Guard and keep each and everyone of our officers, Lord. Renew their minds and let each one ask Jesus into their hearts to be their Lord and Savior if they haven't done so already. That way they have Jesus as their help and shield. Lastly, we ask that you send ministering angels to keep each officer strong when he or she needs it and warring angels to defend them in battle. Let our churches and communities embrace, uplift and support each and every officer and we pray that you stand in the gap, Jesus, and help them on the front lines because we know this is a spiritual battle we're in and the battle is not ours, it's yours, Lord. And, for those that succumb to battle or those who You call home, please receive them Jesus, into your ever-loving arms, in Jesus's name we pray, Amen." As I was praying for every police officer on 12/31/19 at 10:43 pm I was praying and asked Father God to open the church doors and let the pastors pray over the officers. The Holy Spirit interjected and said, "Let them cover each and every officer in the name of Jesus Christ."

We ask that our churches equip each officer with a Bible provide them with counseling and prayer when they need it and keep the doors of the church open for these brave men and women. For churches short on Bibles, officers might want to download the Bible through BibleGateway, the King James Bible and Our Daily Bread. We keep you uplifted in prayer.

Lastly, I'm reminded of a story from a few years ago when I worked in Manhattan. There were a few officers at the corner where my office was located and one day I stopped to talk to them. I asked if they were ever scared because there had been a recent terrorist incident on the news. One of the officers said, "Nope. I've got this." He proudly took off his hat and showed me where he had laminated Psalm 91 in his hat. "My mom taught me Psalm 91 and I carry it with me every day." But in another story, it didn't go that way.

At the train station I was waiting in line while officers were checking bags. There was a bomb scare and they'd set up checkpoints all over the city. I asked the officers if they were worried or ever scared and one female officer quickly said, "Yes!". Another shook his head at her and frowned. I thought maybe he did it because she was a rookie. And, that's when a light clicked in my head.

I thought "church folk" aren't scared because we know the scriptures to call on - like that officer who kept them in his hat. Similarly, our pastors and church members aren't scared because God doesn't give us the spirit of fear but of power and of love and a sound mind. We know if ANYTHING happens to us because we've accepted Jesus Christ as Our Lord and Savior He'll keep us. It was a reminder that we need to do more for our officers so they can all be confident in God through Jesus Christ to cover and keep them.

And for our officers, I am hearing the Holy Spirit say, "Don't worry." We know God is covering you and help is coming! Keep reading your Bibles and stay encouraged!

Psalm 27 King James Version (KJV)

The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? 2 When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell. 3 Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident. 4 One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to enquire in his temple. 5 For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock. 6 And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the Lord. 7 Hear, O Lord, when I cry with my voice: have mercy also upon me, and answer me. 8 When thou saidst, Seek ye my face; my heart said unto thee, Thy face, Lord, will I seek. 9 Hide not thy face far from me; put not thy servant away in anger: thou hast been my help; leave me not, neither forsake me, O God of my salvation. 10 When my father and my mother forsake me, then the Lord will take me up. 11 Teach me thy way, O Lord, and lead me in a plain path, because of mine enemies. 12 Deliver me not over unto the will of mine enemies: for false witnesses are risen up against me, and such as breathe out cruelty. 13 I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. 14 Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord.

Psalm 91 King James Version (KJV)

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. 2 I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. 3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence. 4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler. 5 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; 6 Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday. 7 A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. 8 Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked. 9 Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation; 10 There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. 11 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. 12 They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. 13 Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet. 14 Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. 15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him. 16 With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.

The Prayer of Salvation

If you haven't said the Prayer of Salvation, now's the best time. Just say: Father God in the name of Jesus, Lord, I ask forgiveness of my sins. Please come into my heart, Lord. I turn my back on sin and I make you my Lord and Savior. I want to follow you for the rest of my life. Please give me eternal life through you in Jesus name, Amen.

Or, if you're already saved, but turned your back on God. Now's the perfect time to make things right. Don't let the devil make you feel bad about your past mistakes any longer. In Christ, you're a new creation and you have a Father God who loves you. Old things are passed away and God remembers the sin no more. Won't you please come back home to Him?

Rededicate Your Life to Christ Prayer

If you need to rededicate your life to Christ because you feel like you've been sinning or haven't been living right, pray: Father God in the name of Jesus, I ask forgiveness of my sins and I turn my back on sin. Please help me to overcome ---- and I want to lead a better life through you. I decree and declare this day I have overcome ---- and I have the victory in Jesus name, Amen.

Stay in God's shadow, stay away from sin and temptation, keep reading your Bible and keep seeking God first.
