Welcome to God-Driven-Designs. We are an Inspirational Gift, Marketing and Event Planning Store located in New York, but don't worry if you can't get here. We are a full-service online store and you can order online and have your order shipped right away! We’ve put together a quick little FAQ sheet as we want you to have a great shopping experience with us. It includes a few commonly asked questions to help you understand your Groupon offer.



-Please feel free to go through our online store for products you may like to purchase, load them in your shopping cart and enter your name and shipping information, along with your Groupon Code # which you can add in the box 'Add Special Instructions For Your Order.' Don't forget, if you're sending this order as a gift to someone and you want your FREE card filled out, you can include your message here. We've set up a tab for 'Groupon Deals' so you can place your order online with us. As soon as we receive it and match your Groupon Voucher # with the Groupon Merchant Center, you should expect to hear back from us shortly with a confirmation and tracking number.



-We process orders in the order they come in, as they're each given a processing number to ensure we process every order in a timely manner. If you order today, your order is processed today.

-Your offer is not combinable with any other offers.

-We may substitute items if we run out of any one item and/or replace it with an item of equal or higher value. We have so many great products we know you’ll love what we have put together for you!

-Your order value is good for a one-time $120 total use. For traditional Groupon vouchers, the promotional value will expire on the date specified in the offer, unless prohibited by law. The amount paid, i.e., the $52, will never expire, and must continue to be honored by the merchant after the promotional value expires. In essence, your $120 has a one time use, meaning it’s good for one use even if you cannot find $120 in products that you like or your order totals $119, $114, etc. There is no cash value or refund for the difference you do not spend. But don’t worry, we have small products like our seed cards and magnets that you can add so you get your money’s worth!

–Also please note, there are no refunds on these offers and no exchanges. All sales are final. We will do our best to make your shopping experience a success!



-Of your $120 Groupon deal, please keep in mind that if you are ordering online and having your order shipped to you, make sure to deduct a little for shipping your items - on average, factor in about $6-$8. For larger orders, you may want to set aside $12. That’s why we made it easy to include shipping in your order. We’ll send you a tracking number when your order is on its way! 

-We ship to only one address - the primary address that you provide. A great idea if you are using your Groupon Voucher for a gift that you want us to ship to someone is to pick out a large gift basket, have it shipped to your office or church, and just send us a message via email or our contact us form and let us know what message you would like your holiday card to say.

-Orders generally ship the next business day, but we ask that you please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive given the holiday sales with the post office and when you place your order. For example, if you live in Buffalo and you’re covered in snow, there might be a slight delay in getting your package to you, but know that with your tracking number, it’s on its way! For larger orders and for custom orders these can take up to 3-weeks to arrive.

-Custom orders for events like banners and personalized key chains can take up to 3-weeks as they require more time and you will need to let us know what information you would like, what images you want to use and any specific text for your order. And here’s where we need your help.



-We’ve heard about store owners getting slammed the first day with Groupon orders, hence our giving a number to every order that comes in, as a first come first serve rule. The first day or two are the busiest, so please keep that in mind when you place your order. Custom orders take a little longer because we need more information from you, but please know, you are a priority to us and we can’t wait to work on your order, just be patient with us!
